This workshop will be a great start to the year. We are often looking to make changes at this time, but the most fundamental thing we can do is learn to love ourselves. This is both an attitude and a practice. Through yoga relaxation and meditation you will be guided to new insights. We will have fun and yet reach a profound sense of stillness.
