Traditionally, yoga was shared between one student and one teacher, building a trusting relationship for the benefit of both.

One-to-One sessions offer an ideal space to develop and deepen your practice tailored to your specific needs and at a time that is convenient for you.

One-to-One sessions are ideal if:

  • You are new to yoga and looking to learn the basics
  • You wish to deepen your current yoga practice
  • You wish to work towards a specific physical goal, such as increased flexibility
  • You wish to develop a home yoga or meditation practice
  • You have a disability, specific injuries or health needs
  • You wish to work on mental/emotional wellbeing, such as learning to relax, improve confidence or deal with stress
  • You struggle to get to a regular yoga class.

One-to-One sessions are held in Otley
£50 for an hour session £60 for an hour and a half
